A comprehensive mental health
support system that gives your
students the support they need,
when they need it.
What we offer:
12 week programs
Students participate in interactive and engaging skill-building digital modules for 10-20 minutes every week. Modules include reading content, watching short videos and completing activities.
Chat with mentor
Students have the opportunity to chat with a near-peer mentor who has a crisis prevention background. Mentors will reach out to students at least two times a day to check in and monitor the students' course progress.
Students create a shared language with their caretakers by participating in weekly prompts on program related content. They can view their caretaker's response only after submitting their own response.
Caretakers can schedule up to three 60 minute sessions with their assigned family support specialist (FSS). Teen participation in these calls is optional. Families can steer the direction of the conversation.
